Ultrasonic welding

Yes, you read that right: this cap is ultrasonically welded. And its seams are then reinforced with seam tape. Because we only make caps that meet our (very high) standards. Replacing less material means protecting the planet. That's why we strive to make things more durable.

Less material is better.

Using less material allows us to reduce the impact of the cap. And it makes it very comfortable for long distances. Add to that a soft visor with ventilation holes, laser-cut side details for better ventilation, and an easy-to-adjust clasp, and you've got a cap that's perfect for all the hilly terrain and mountains you've ever dreamed of riding.
